Yep, the twin-cam base lives and it even drives.  I rode in it last week.  There's still a few issues getting some things to work right, namely the knock sensor (this is because it's a '01 engine) and getting past the pass-lock (would be easier if it were a '97-'98, then the PCM could be reprogramme...

I wouldn't run the inner lights in low-beam mode, because their beam pattern isn't designed for that use.  I would use the outer two for low and all 4 for high.  You will even see a significant improvement in the low-beam performance with just the two outers.

PST at least used to have front end kits for our cars, I have one.  It actually seems like a pretty good deal with all the parts you get.
