Thanks so much. What kind of book is that diagram out of? That sure beats the hell out of the ones in the Chilton and Hayes manuals! So, now I gotta jack her up and see if I can find where in the hell those wires busted on the way to the PCM, before they hit the firewall.

I agree with modified. It sounds like your sensor is functioning correctly now, but your thermostat is taking too long to open up.
