ISO 1990 Quad 4 instrument cluster repair/refurbish
Anyone have any recommendations for a good place to get my 1990 GTZ Q4 instrument cluster repaired/refurbished? Few of the gauges aren't accurate (fuel level, tach and speedo) and the trip meter is jammed.

Re: parts for sale
Thank you 90INDYLIN. The show mats are amazing, now I need to get the carpet professionally cleaned to match lol. Can't believe that you still had them for sale since 2014.

Re: 1990 GTZ Coverlay dashcap install
Thanks! The cap is pretty stiff & will only fit the way it wants to fit. Trimming the original dash took a few cut and test fits. For the price, you really can't beat it though. The Medium grey matches pretty well for being a generic color option. Jump on it if you can!! I'm going to eventually ...

1990 GTZ Coverlay dashcap install
Decided to check out the prices of dash caps last week and Coverlay has them on sale for $121 with free shipping!! So I bit the bullet and ordered the medium grey. It was delivered yesterday and this morning I took a stab at it. Wish I could have been doing this with the windshield out, but I figure...

I know right, it's the small things! Next on the list is to freshen up the sway bar end links/bushings and the beat up exhaust for CA emissionswoody90gtz wrote:It's amazing the difference just LEDs make to the modernity of a car. Looks good!

Re: what did you do to your ride today?
Added the last of the gauge cluster LEDs today to the GTZ. Previously changed out the fog lights, corners lights, third brake light, footwell, dome, map lights, gauge indicators, headlight/wiper switch, HVAC, license plate to LED and put some Sylvania Silverstar Ultras into the low beams (spare back...

Re: New guy from CA!
Nostalgia is a bitch but I'm loving it, now I've got a car for each of the my periods in life lol. The GTZ for my childhood, a 240z as I had one for my first car and the 300zx was my dream car. This one is the exact spec that my father had, even has all the same issues that I remembered. Dash, broke...
