As long as your fan will cycle while sitting then I would say yes the fan is fine. If the fan runs all the time then Id say dirty condenser (high head pressure)

I think I have found a mistake in this. On the first step it asks for Pin 9 on The clear ECM connector. The clear is C2 and in C2 there is not being used. I think you mean blue connector aka C1 And that is IAC High.

Yeah forgot to say that was the front bearing cap. If you look real close you can see the side of the bearing. Well I don't remember why we replaced the piston but it was just that. Not sure what one. The engine was rebuilt after the lower intake gasket blew.
