Re: Greddy emanage wiring??

I've been doing a little research on the emanage blue because I was curious to how it would work since you're using larger than factory injectors.. I found this site which talks about it: http://www.fusion-motorsport.co.uk/faqs-useful-information/4-tuning-questions/9-fueling-myths-and-injectors-limi...

Re: another turbo question!

That should be fine then. My MAF is around 6" away while my BoV is in the fender 18 or so inches from that. In my build thread you can see the engine compartment pretty well with regards to MAF location.

Re: List of boosted stock internal 3x00 engines?

60*v6 is a bit better for this question. Loner666 (corsica) was running 6-12 psi with (basically) my engine and meth injection for a few thousand miles without ever blowing it. Mars on 60* was running 15-18 psi with high octane and meth injection to his 3500. He has blown a few though, never really ...

Re: putting an engine in a 2000 pontiac grand am gt 3400 aut

I sent you a PM with the instructions to replace the engine. Just leave the transmission in there but support it with a jack (but with a block of wood of course). Remove the torque converter bolts through the starter hole and rotate the engine. When you're installing the new engine, you don't have t...

$599.

Thanks! I'm guessing I have to pre-send him my final drive?

If EP e-mails you back, could you ask him how much for another LSD? I e-mailed him a week or so ago and he never responded.

Re: another turbo question!

Depends if you want to use a blow off valve or a re-circulation valve. So if you want the noise or not. If you want the noise, put the MAF about six inches before the throttle body. If you don't want the noise, use a re-circulation valve and put the MAF before the turbo air inlet.

Also got two of these in the mail... http://i257.photobucket.com/albums/hh201/3400modified/Pinky%20Parts/IMAG0425_zpsccd5d310.jpg I was hoping they'd be engraved with TCE or something on them.. but I guess no one sees them besides pics of the build thread.. The butcher paper yours came in is a lot ...

Yeah, not a cobalt. It kinda sucks to get it, but not that bad.

The setup looks great! For sure will get the wtf expression from people

Re: 3500 turbo!

Buy a DHP and use that for tuning. There are a couple for sale on 60degreev6.com. You will want stiffer valve springs, the 42.5 lb injectors we talked about on fb, a 255 lph pump, wideband o2 with gauge and call it a day. Then spend hours upon hours tuning and researching it.. Your trans is probably...

Re: Anyone with online school experience?

Look into your local Universities if you want to save money. Most of them offer online classes. I take both online and face to face classes. Honestly, online sucks. They generally require more work with less help from the instructor. That's about all I can say since every teacher and school is diffe...

Re: 1996 Mr.Pink

With the spacers the engine barely fit under the hood, it's actually one of the two reasons why I went back to the 3100 plenum the corner of the 3500 one would hit the hood I believe, I was going to put the blocks on top of the intake but there just isn't enough clearance. Plus this ends up working...
