I need a dash!

It MUST be a 92, if you want it to match. 91/92 are the same color, 93-96 are the same color.

New best for the 3500

I really doubt you will be wearing that engine out anytime soon Eric. It isn't a quad.

New best for the 3500

13.50's? Maybe. That 3t40 is not going to stand up in the new project.. Unless you can find some stronger parts.

Swaping out a 3.1 for a Quad

WHY would you want to do this? A properly tuned 3.1 should give a quad a run for its money any day, assuming its a 5speed. If you want more power, 3x00 swap is what you want to do, not only is it easier, but it won't lead to severe dissappointment.

performance master cylinder

I grabbed a master cylinder from an 03ish 2.4 grand am, they dont have abs and instead have a proportioning valve hidden up near the rad, IIRC. The brakes are 1000x better on my car, it was probably one of the best mods I've done.

hybrid 282?

Thats very interesting. I would never have thought GM would make 2 different 282 cases. Well, Im sure you can just take the gears out of a J/L body 282, Just be sure its the right year. Here is a link to the different years/ratios. 282 Gear Ratios Also If you notice the Quad transmissions used the 1...

hybrid 282?

Ok, you said there is some kind of different mount on the w-body tranny. Check to see if this mount goes to the bellhousing. If it does, then you can just take your w-body bellhousing, and put it a J/L body transmission with your desired gears, and voila.

gt front swaybar

If im not mistaken, it has nothing to do with being a GT or not. It depends on the suspension package. You can have a base, with FE3 suspension package, that would come with a 30mm front swaybar. And in 92 and 93, a GT could be had with FE2 suspension, giving it a 26mm front swaybar. It is a safe be...
