We had one of these on the web site but it got really large and clunky....

Some of it might still be there.  I can't remember.  Perhaps our new webmaster is good at such items...

Oil Pressure

Is the motor worth all of those parts when you can buy a running 3400 with low miles for a couple of hundred bucks?

If you want much HP out of them you will have to make a new intake manifold for them.  The factory one is too small.  The other option is to win the Extrude Hone manifold treatment at BFest or pay them to do a factory manifold. Norm had this done and I can't remember how much HP he gained, but it wa...

'89 A/C (Converted already) Recharge

Someone here will know.  It's been so long since I have been under the hood of an 89 I've forgotten.  You are looking for a fitting on the low pressure side of the system, so it will be somewhere between the evaporator (the part inside the car) and the compressor.  Follow the line from the firewall ...

If the cam wasn't moving the engine would not run....

Engine bearings dont' last very long without oil pressure.  The rods and crank are probably slapping around in there.

Weird Tranny thing

TPS is on the throttle body and the vacuum modulator is down under the battery on the front of the tranny if I remember correctly.

Try a search on how to check the TPS.

Weird Tranny thing

I would probably check the TPS and the vacuum line to the modulator on the tranny.

I'm definately no tranny expert though.

Either a blinker relay or your turn signal switch.

Swaybar endlinks

You probably damaged the seal or the axles is not fully seated in the tranny.

The end links have a flat area on them to put a wrench on.

1996 Beretta 1996 + Grand am?

I THINK...  Any L, N, or J body.  However the J-body changed around those years and may not be the same after 94 or 95.  I can't remember.  (man I'm getting old)

4T60 and the 89 TGP PCM, wiring harnesses and perhaps an older dash.  I'm not sure if the newer dash will work properly, but it might be worth trying.  I would swap entire harnesses or do a lot of wire matching.

Is it white flakey ash?  If so then you probably have an lower intake manifold leak.

This may not be the missing problem, but it would be an issue.

Oil Pressure

Either your oil pump is failing or your main or rod bearings in the engine have excessive clearances.  In other words the engine is wearing out.  There are not a lot of other options if this has been a slow continual change.  If it happened suddenly then there is something else wrong.
