Difficult to source the guides. I can get you a complete set straight from the last remaining case of them that I know exists. Which happens to be in my garage. 150 bucks shipped for the set.

Gas guage is driven from a float in the tank, on a steel arm. Only way to change the reading is to bend it. That requires dropping the tank.

16 inch tires are getting pretty rare actually, which is quite odd. I have to call the used tire place twice a week for a month before I get a full set for the beater. Been that way for a few years.
