Blown Up GTZ

www.car-parts.com Way better than "calling around". And check with your GM Dealer. I'm pretty sure re-manned Quads can be had for less than that! There is also Jasper Engines and any number of places that sell rebuilt engines. Much as I hate to suggest it, Mantapart has some great deals on...

Try www.flyglobespan.ca

Lots of flights from all over UK to Hamilton YHM in June. (They call it Toronto but it's 5 miles from my home.)

Let me know if you need some help.

Shuddering around 40mph

It is really quite unusual in the overall scheme of things for an ECU to actually go bad.

Check the coils (5.5 ohms tower to tower) and the injectors (2.9 or so as long as they are consistant).

Does it miss at WOT?

WOT bypasses the O2 Sensor.

3800sc top end

With all the work involved in swapping a 3400 top end onto a 3100, you would really have a hard time convincing me it is worth it over a complete low mileage 3400 complete swap.

For the most part 3400's are plentiful in most areas (www.car-parts.com) and it might even end up being less expensive.

Opinions needed

I looked long and hard at the 3900 a year or so ago, with no concern over cost, and still decided it just wasn't worth it at the time.

I'm still convinced a 3500 is still the most bang for the buck in our cars, by a long shot.

3800sc top end

(will3387 @ Mar. 23 2008,16:03)QUOTEi was just wondering if the 3800sc top end would work right on my 3.1. i know that the 3800 top end alone will fit but with the sc will it be any different.
Then you don't know much at all!

They are not even the same engine family!

Interest in poly torque strut for ~ $40 shipped?

This is all quite interesting, and it seems there may be some questions that have yet to be answered.

Does that mean these are going to be delayed?

First race is 27 days away. And it's not like I have anything else to do!

I have voiced my concern about that oversight, and I believe it will be addressed somehow, shortly.

This place was, and can again, be as active as B'Stuff.

This is where most of the long time members started out.

Maybe it IS time to unite the two.

I'd be interested in talking to someone with some information on the situation both here and at B'Stuff.

I does appear that B'Stuff is pretty fragile, to say the least.

I was having problems getting it to load earlier this afternoon.

tuning 94-95 berettas

If you revert back to OBD 1 (as opposed to your current OBD 1.5) It is somewhat tunable with a few systems that are available. I have a couple of custom chips for mine, and I'm getting ready to start researching another for the upgrades I'm doing. As far as MPFI and SFI are concerned, EVERYTHING is ...

Beretta at open track

You guys will love the road course at B'Fest then.

It's 1.8 mile (3 KM) and appears to be a little tighter.

$35 for two hours of open track time.

You can check it out here.
