They definitely look better with a black car or at least a black eggcrate, cause I couldnt get them to fit worth a crap!

Re: Project 91 "SS" 3400/5spd

I think it's baked paint, not powdercoat. Because there is a layer of primer on underneath the black... Whatever it is, it's tough. I've gone through 3 bags of sand since my last wheel post and have two more waiting for some decent weather to finish up the last 2 wheels. It's a time consuming proces...

Re: Project 91 "SS" 3400/5spd

I finally got a door panel finished. The cheap carpet stuff from Wal-Mart stretches over complex corners about 100x better than the expensive auto upholstery material... http://media.motortopia.com/files/cars/album_restomod/4bce4da120fa9/tn_full_IMG_3893JPG_Thumbnail1.jpg http://media.motortopia.com...

Re: January 2010 Project Begins (Raspberry)

Damn you... I remember when that was for sale. I'm going to talk to lotek and see if there is any chance they can mold a 3rd pod on their 2 pod setup now. And as noted if I were to put the gauge in the top right hand corner in the plate then I would not be able to see it past my big ass shifter kno...

Re: January 2010 Project Begins (Raspberry)

YUCK!.... lol How can you work with an analog wideband too? Mine is digital... MUCH more precise. I've seen a gauge in the shift plate before and that only sounds approprate since it is trans related... lol But I need to see what space have/need to do that. I guess I could find an aftermarket 3 pil...

I put my wideband in a defroster vent. Works for now anyway...

I would assume it's a modified Z04 grille.

Who has a 15-sec 3100 that is stock? I've never heard of that/ Scanner man hit 15s I know, but that was with rockers and I believe LIM & UIM from a large-port 3100.

Re: Feeler 1988 Pro-Street Beretta

Ok, I was wondering why you'd be getting rid of it so soon. The way it's built is definitely more strip than street.

Maybe Boner can finally own a finished Beretta!

Re: It all goes downhill at once!

60*v6 is exactly what Jon said, the angle of the cylinder banks in relation to each other. Just like the 90*v6 the 3.8 and the 90*v8 350 sbc. Get out a protractor and I'm sure it measures up. You can tell visually it is tighter than a 90.
