so is the tranny swap even necessary? I mean I feel the transmission would only need modification if I ended up supercharging the GTZ, which may happen if my gasket is blown.. (long story) In which case, would you even need to modify the tranny? I'd only be running low, minimal PSI like maybe 5-6..

The car is located in Palmer, MA 01069.. It's currently pieced a bit more.. I went out and removed the headlights, front grille, front indy ground effect nose, a few engine hoses, the glove compartment + started to remover the console to access the shifting console.

oh really? dang.. so my gtz is inferior to the 92-94 tranny huh? well I guess my next question would be how much worse in terms of speed (1/4 mile or 0-60 times) is my 1990 garnett's tranny vs a later year gtz tranny with the 3.94?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA baby puncher.. alas... The blue gtz is so pretty, I want it.... I have a Garnett one though so at least I'm not at a total loss... do 92's have the better gear ratios than the 90-91's?

So after discovering a large amount of rust in the engine bay/pillars/etc, it's time to say goodbye to a good friend of mine.. I lived in this car, and it means the world to me, but I have to move on.. The landlord doesn't want an unregistered car just sitting there.. I don't blame him he's a reason...

Yeah, but after I discovered the rust literally everywhere on her, she has kinda bit the dust in my eyes... So therefore she is going to be scrapped... I am in the process of dismantling her in my spare time.. If anyone wants to buy seats/the full indy rim set (reconditioned), engine parts, etc.. PM...

the indy's wheels are stored in my dads basement in NY.. IDK.. since I have driven the GTZ and have such a nice condition beretta, I wanna buy something with as much potential/pep as a gtz (5 speed quad z26/ 5 speed swapped z26 or something)... the indy has 205k+miles on her and she has rust in plac...

So, after much thought, I have decided and begun work taking apart my rusted Beretta Indy 5/spd. lol, wow everyone is harsh to the newbies... I am new too for everyone who doesnt know.. anyways I have been working on berettas with my dad since I was 5, and have owned 3 so far.. This guys white one is pretty neat, and the z26 idea sounds like a promising project..
