Also on the tensioner... an open-end wrench works great, since GM cast the end of the arm nice and square. Doh! I just can't remember off the top of my head what size -3/4", 7/8"? I think the 3/4" (19mm) works... I've also had to do it by brute-force while sitting on top of the engine...
