Re: Northeast 2009 Itinerary and Registration info
Do I owe you 20? or 25? bottom line I'm asking do I need to pay for the track now or there? or is it both? I dont know what arrangements you have with the track yet.

Re: cracked radiator
Um, EVERYONE uses plastic on their radiators now... Also the 14yrs of age doesn't quite strengthen plastic.
They will ask if you have AC but it doesn't matter, the condenser bolts to the front of the radiator its not part of it.

Re: >:( Car wont charge
Ok, well car running that post still read 11.8v? If so then the regulator or something in the alternator fried again... There should be two different readings. Car running that should be at least 13.5v and car off it should be around 12 or the same as the battery voltage. Going by a 1995 wiring diag...

Re: >:( Car wont charge
Which wires are you checking? Not the ones on the plug... I mean the ONE wire on the stud. Thats the main charge wire. The ones on the back are for the gauge, regulator and ground. And just because the alternator is New doesnt mean its bad. You do not need the car running to check the wire I'm talki...

Sometimes yes, but also having multiple bends will restrict flow and hurt the motor more.weba wrote:Taking that tube off only makes the engine get feed with hot air....GTZryda wrote: 4th run is was leaving after and hooked back up the stock intake

Re: >:( Car wont charge
The large red wire at the alternator... Does it have 12v constant? if not you blew a fusable link on that wire and you need to replace it, or just run a new 8 gauge wire from the alternator directly to the postive terminal of the battery... You can go to the starte like factory but going to the batt...

Ease up on the guy, its my fault for approving both topics, I skimmed the beginning of the other one and thought it was a different setup... I now realize they were both the same, second topic deleted, and this one kept since the title is more descriptive. Some people don't have patience to realize ...

Re: New bests THROUGH THE MUFFLERS!
154*f... yeah that sounds about right... I pulled my sensor out of my intake when I was at Charlotte and the sensor was reading 150+ since it was just in the bay. As long as you don’t have a spark reduction vs air temp table then the temp doesn't really matter th...

Re: Howdy all - Updated July 1st!
My car has always turned on the ABS light with the hazards. I guess when you tell the car you want to be hazardous it says ok and shuts off the ABS system! (when ABS light is on, ABS will not function). I'm guessing it's a grounding issue. Where exactly I have no clue. But some ground must be weak ...

Re: New bests THROUGH THE MUFFLERS!
Yeah your BLM's will take over and correct, but right when you make the change you'll see leaner wideband readings... But then after you would have to look at the BLM for you, or the fuel trims for me.

Re: New bests THROUGH THE MUFFLERS!
I would amost assume a Z04 would be worse, since it has the duct work to direct the air right at the radiator, so even if your getting some blow by through that its still nicely warmed air :) Data logs should show a difference, you will see a positive fuel trim or a leaner wideband reading if it is ...
