I remember speaking to someone at Bfest this year that was from Tenn. Maybe It's one of y'all , had a Z26 with 16" chrome PT Cruiser wheels, nice car.  

I know, I once found a perfect pair for my car.
Too bad they were the 15" wheels though.

That's $700 for wheels and tires with only 2,000 mi on them

The 15" wheels that looked like Z26's were on lumina vans and use a different bolt pattern.
