Re: Fuel Pressure Woes...
Usually if it's fuel injection line it will hold quite a bit of pressure (at least 100 PSI). You may even have been better using a loop of line so it could flex up and down easier. But the shorter length should work well too. On another note, could you actually use an older (93?) fuel sending unit ...

Re: Well its Offical...
Congratulations! That's awesome! The location was perfect. I notice you chose to do it at the bottom of the cliff instead of the top. Was that just in case? lol I'm glad she said yes and I'm sure you'll be very happy! :Yahoo!: Actually the observation bridge was taken out by a flash flood in august...

Well its Offical...
I'm Engaged. For those attending Bfest, you'll get more info there. Went on a trip up to Vermont yesterday (her favorite place to go for a ride at) and popped the question. Everyone knew about it too so it was funny to tell her how long everyone had to be quite! :) http://i257.photobucket.com/albums...

Re: Beretta accident
Odds are they will want to total the car... Beretta's aren't worth much these days and any small fender bender like that they will just say "it costs too much to fix, so here's a check... you can buy it back if you want."
Best of luck with it.
Best of luck with it.

Re: Fuel Pressure Woes...
Yeah now that I re-read your post it makes more sense :) Well sure enough the hose was too long... I should have measured the pump in its installed length, and made the hose to fit that... I fit it fully extended and when I put it in I was like OK its compressing... I left it that way for a day or s...

Wow, that blows...
No one in the area has a trans?
Best of luck to finding something. I found my fuel issue.

Woody that's the entire pickup, not just the pump. The pump is just a small cylinder.

Re: Fuel Pressure Woes...
Does it start right off if you let the pump prime then try starting it? Not really... Its odd... I've let it prime twice some times and its still an odd or hard start. Not as bad as if I were to just jump in and turn key... but still not as quick as it should be. I'm starting to wonder if maybe my ...

Fuel Pressure Woes...
Maybe a few more minds on this topic will help... I have a Caspers AFPR on my fuel rail right now, I'm running the trailblazer Injectors which are 28# per/hr at 61PSI... I have my pump set for 62PSI at WOT, so all is good there... Now I have two issues that have to be related and I'm not sure of the...

Re: Project 91 "SS" 3400/5spd
I know my EGR was disabled, but even on I had no tube on it before and it wasn't a vac leak... I just let in fresh air when enabled, which in the end screwed with my fuel trims so I shut it off completely... but they stay shut at idle.

Re: Project 91 "SS" 3400/5spd
EGR shouldn't do anything since its a vac leak connected to the exhaust or open air really... BUT only when engaged... They don't function at idle unless its broke. And hey watch it now... you call my 4t60e gay all the time so maybe your squealing bearing is because of that  :runsies: Vac shou...

Re: Project 91 "SS" 3400/5spd
IAT wont affect idle... do you have a vac gauge? if your p/s fluid is bubbled that's just because there was air in the line, let it settle then refill it and start it again and go lock to lock, you need to work the air out and that's perfectly normal. Glad I don't have a gay clutch to worry about sq...
