Should have time to swap in the new alt sat ..til then at least I know it's still workin for now

So I tested it the lazy way ...started it up and disconnected both battery posts..and it continued to run without a stutter ...but the voltage gauge sits high and bounces around once warmed up...so I figure it's the voltage reg on the alt and will probly swap the new one from the 2.8 on when I next ...

And yeah easy fix...I had the alt off to change the blower motor last year...I'll quiet down now haha

Battery is golden ..not sure if the alt is gone just yet I'll know once I'm off work and check...I have a new alt on the 2.8 in my old car ..I'll probs just nab that one..should be the same

May not show what has been done in the past but..yesterday I pulled the gtz rims and tires off and put the winter steelies and tires on..put the block heater cord out and got it under coated ...all set for the winter that I unfortunately have to drive ...

I'm thinking I may try that paint job next summer if I get all my dents out lol
