Window Switch

Post by ettore »

I have a '94 Beretta Z26 with power windows.  The driver's window switch has auto-down which I hate with a passion.

Is there any Beretta that came with a switch that will attach to my stock wiring and work like a normal car?

you could take a power window switch from a 88-90 beretta except its smaller so you'd need to make minor modifications to make it fit
i did the same except reverse in my 88gt and i had to cut a bigger hole in the center console to fit

Perhaps there is an extra wire that sends the latched on signal? I know inside the switch it has something that holds on until it heats up then it lets go. Some modification of the switch must be possible.

The switch just feels like it came out of a Ford; that push click thing is both stupid and gives a horrible feel when the switch swings lower than the passenger side that feels good.

I will go to the JY and see if I can scoop a Beretta switch off one of the older beasts.  TY very much.

Just get a right hand switch and put it in the left hand whole.
How hard was that to figure out?
