Brand new tails

Post by weba »

One of the parts i love on looks of Beretta is the tails, too bad the ones i had, were everything else than impressive, water inside, cracks outside, most of you know what i mean.

So, i got bored of the old ones, and ordered brand new ones, to get the looks back.

These are not the GM ones, instead branded TYC and are made in Taiwan, ordered em from Rockauto.com and costed lil over 100 USD piece.

Inside the box

Protective plastic

Here's what i think:

Looks: 10/10 REALLY shiney, sharp and all
Fit: 8/10 (the passenger side i got had warped gasket witch needs adjusting)
Quality: 6½/10 because these ain't that dark as the stock ones. you will see the difference in the parts when compared to stock ones.

So, i recommend these to anyone who has cracked\warped\scratched\faded\else tails, as we know our cars are getting so old that there will soon be a time when these are discontinued, i'd suggest to get a set while you still can. ÂÂÂ  Or actually get new GM set instead for maximum results.

I fill up for $130. Also Beretta owner since 2004

Looks good for sure, nice find, maybe you should post more info about where you got them and for how much in case anyone else wants them.

Yea, but imagine this... The Euros are especially tight to us Americans. So what do you think might be rare and tight over there? US tails?

His GT is not Euo Spec. Oh..... one other thing...... kind of a faux pas that an american car has parts that are being made from Japan now
