Can you put new foam? If so where do you get that?

If you go to any upholstry shop or just google/ebay headliner fabric it will pop up. It is fabric made for that with foam backing already. In my opinion it's better then just regular fabric easy to apply and very easy to not get wrinkles in.

yea I was thinking of the foam stuff that was under the fbric, how do you get that back? I assume you have to scrape off the old stuff that is still on the headliner board?

Yeah you need to scrape the old stuff off and get new foam somewhere. Glue the foam to the board then the fabric to the foam.

I dunno about fabric stores, but there is a couple car upholstry shops by me, they sell the fabric with the foam backing on it already attatched to it. Every auto upholstry place has it and sells it, ebay even has it too if you search headliner fabric.

I'd suggest not only spraying the foam headliner but also spraying the backside of the fabric, letting it tack up per instructions then putting it all together

Your sun roof opening appears diff then mine. You have your material all glued down to your board, even all the way around the sunroof opening. On mine the opening had a little open place all the way around where the material from covering the headliner board come off the boards and tucked into that little opeing around the sunroof opening.

I have looked the healiner board cover material on ebay, how much do I need to be safe I have bought enough to cover the board? What color of grey is in these Beretta's?
Also my headliner board is all there and mostly pretty stiff/solid what ever you call it. But is still a little soft if you will when it is exposed humidity. Anything that can be strayed on it to harden it up a little so it will be a bit stiffer?

Yeah two layers of some cheap walmart craft foam with the sticky back

did mine for $16

Mine has a tricky part so it appears where around the sunroof opening I have to tuck in the top material into a groove all the way around the opening. If this were a simple no sunroof job I'd do it myself.
