Steering wheel puller, appropriate sockets/wrenches. Don't go too far in with the bolts for the puller; you could damage stuff under the steering wheel.

i just put one of these in my 88 2 weeks ago that ive had for a while now.. it fits perfect to the column too. i thought it wouldnt line up exactly, but its pretty dam close to the same shape on the back of the wheel to the shape of the steering column.

I just used a puller, harmonic balancer puller you can buy them for $20 bucks here.

use the wire for the horn from the cavy wheel.

It's pretty straight forward bro. Pull your horn cover, remove nut on wheel stud, attach puller, pull wheel, reverse order for new wheel.
