I wouldn't do it in the driveway on a windy day like that, but it isn't a terrible idea if your car isn't worth a real paint job.

thats a good idea for a road trip if you didnt want bugs or rock chips. i can plasti dip the chrome right off the Tahoe! LOL

sh!t eh? this should hold a rusty car together with enough coats! i mean you'll bounce down the road but yeah!

i like the idea. i may do a set of wheels, but i would like clean white wheels, so they need to be cleared... i'll have to look into it more. for about $9 a can, it's not a horrible price... well when you think of it as temporary?

i guess it really depends how many coats you put on as to how well it holds up to rock chips and wear... but how does it look after a few months of normal wear on the front of a car? i'm sure it doesnt make it out unscathed...


4th one's a charm, 5th one is, beginnning to sound like this is an addiction...

The under part of the trunk on my Beretta is rustier than i'd like. Could I just smooth out the rust and then coat it with this? xD
