dumb tie rod end question

Want some new struts? What brand springs to buy? How much camber to run? What brake pads? What's the best setup for your situation....

Well is it really firm and swelling up the boot?

Not really swelling up too noticably, moreso then when empty, but fairly firm...i think the amount of lube in there is safe as it is. I definitely will not add more. I'll keep my eye on the boots to make sure grease isn't leaking from the boot edges...right?

thanks for your help man, last year i knew virtually nothing about auto repair beyond changing oil and filters and checking air pressure in tires, so its a learning process, and this website and folks like yourself have been a great help... all my gratitude...

I always try to participate my time in helping those willing to help there selves.  
After a while you should see the way "L" "J" & other GM similar cars are setup.  Like they are common to use 7, 10, 13, 15, 18, & torq to hold the car together...  Along with chinsey welds.
