Sprint Performance Suspension Lowering springs good?

Want some new struts? What brand springs to buy? How much camber to run? What brake pads? What's the best setup for your situation....

Are they good? also, why does it say 95-56 ONLY? did GM change something? Can I run them on my 89' with little to no issues?

The springs are different on 95–96 then previous years

The suspension design for the rear changed in 1995. I have Sprint Springs and they are awesome! Personally I would recommend them to anyone. Plus their relatively inexpensive.
