Input? Swap to 93 and older control arms?

Want some new struts? What brand springs to buy? How much camber to run? What brake pads? What's the best setup for your situation....

Started off doing that but it wouldn't budge. Heated the steering arm up a bit with a torch but still no go and it took about 5 minutes off pounding the crap out of it with a hammer and pickle fork. Never had one seized up that tight.
