i got a 96 3100 with roller rockers and a spun rod bearing, and would like to put a 3400 in and replace trans at the same time, scrap yard says 3100 from 96-98 and trans is 96 beretta only,
I am looking for a newer 3400/trans donor car and need to know what years and models will interchange with combining my old 3100 parts with the newer? i located a 01 impala with good motor/trans how would that work? and i am in omaha ne

where abouts are u located and the motor from.the impala is direct swap just change fuel injectors
from ur 3100 to the 3400 and swap over ur.rear exhaust manifold.and id not mistaken u need egr adaptor.from wot-tech com
