Metal hose to heater core?

Post by cedwards88 »

Im sure this has been covered before, but for the life of me i cant find it, so im sorry if this is a repeat question. Anyway, i have a nice sized leak in the metal hose that runs from the Computer controlled temp sensor, on the drivers side of the engine, to a rubber hose that than runs into the firewill, and im assuming, the heater core. the leak has grown, and now im losing coolant to the point my baby overheats. ive been through the book, ive asked a mech friend of mine, ive searched high and low for a parts number or even a name. any help would be greatly appreciated. i have a 1989 chevy beretta gt, 2.8 L auto. i need to get this sucker replaced, i just need to know what to replace it with! ive searched junk yards and auto parts stores, but sadly these sexy cars are hard to find. thanks for all the help guys & gals!

What you're looking for is likely discontinued.

Call the stealerships to see if they might have one?

Might work?
