Ease off there Kevin... Some people like these lights. They are actually the lights I had purchased and Installed in Red... I then removed them because I did not like the way the Halo worked, and I got a set of projectors.

Hey now I thought we were friends!

Yeah, they are Jon (3X00-Modified's) old lights. The halo's on these are really dim during the day, since it's just an LED for the light source and it's reflected around the rim. I'll be modifying that in the future.

The light output is kinda crappy with stock lights, and the beam pattern is strange. I'll be making changes to the light source in the future as well, most likely.

Something I really like about this particular set, however, is the adjustment screws. Since the inner housing tilts, I can mount them so the lenses follow a more stock angle, rather than sticking out funny. I don't know how other sets adjust, though.

You'd probably be better off with a more OEM set that utilizes projectors, to make the upgrade worthwhile.

Why not wire up some HD lights into it that would fit those?

Because HID's put into non projector headlights is an ass hole thing to do. You spread so much light around you blind oncoming drivers badly.

I think you also listed all of the reasons why I decided to sell them, as well as the fact that I actually got Projectors :)

LMAO =P. Yah I love the way they look on my car, fortunately for them. Poor little unwanted headlights! Haha. I finally got the adjusted right so that I can see at night. I need to figure out why the driver side light wobbles so much, I may play around with that today. And because I like the size of the headlight "rings" and the black housings, I may retrofit projectors into this set. While I'm at it I'll update the "halo" lighting as well. I'm thinking of tossing red LED lights in at some point.

My friend basically schooled me with his projector set up on his Cavalier, and made me jealous of his light output with the HID's.

I must say though, I do like what these lights do to my stock high beams, I can see pretty well. The wobble-wobble just annoys me though and I'm sure other drivers.
