90 radio/climate controls.

Post by BerettaMN »

Never installed a cd deck into a beretta, I orderd the install kit, wire harness and antenna adapter. Whats the best way to get the original radio/tape deck/heater controls out of the dash?

two screws that hold the bezel around the radio, then there's two screws on the bottom and two on the front for the whole faceplate. Then you just unscrew the HVAC controls from that and attach to your new install kit.

Do I need to get at them from the underside/back? On the 1990 it is all flush with the dash, no screws showing

cool thanks, I feel dumb I havent even really touched the car a whole lot since I got it exhaust fixed and new alt put in. I just looked at it and it blended with the dash so well I thought it was part of the dash and not removable got it now.
