Paseo Vs GTZ

my friend has a 94 Toyota Paseo 1.5 DOHC (100HP)
and he says it's faster then my 92 GTZ 2.3 DOHC (180HP)
he says it will win because it's lighter
I said it will lose because it has 100HP
who is right?
He won't race because his shocks are bad (he's scared)
it has a ram air on it
i have a high flow K&N filter and Intake
I'm lowered 1.5inch all around

Lol should this be a joke? I mean its lighter, yes but it need about 10sec from 0-60mph ^^

I think you could beat it in reverse. Actually, that might be a fairer race. Instead of forward gears, just compete in reverse and stopping. lol
