I am prob going to get burned on saying this but I am throwing it out there.  Maybe we could combine all the beretta sites?  I can already feel the anger!

Me too. I wish I'd have submitted my car way back when I was still running.

I agree... hard to believe I'm going on 5 years since it's been on the road. My last plates on it expired in 2003

i'm going to have to agree on that. theres alot of good info on here but no action. maybe combine beretta.net and bstuff.com that would be a good idea. or update the site.

this is true.  I would not mind updating the site but I don't what I could do.  I just think the board is prolly going to stay the way it is right now.  All talk but no action.  I think combining the sites would take some work and time.  I kinda wish when I clicked on home it would bring up both the sites at once but no good.  But I mean if we could just get some kind of action over here maybe people would come back over and start using up this board. I dont know but I just dont want this board to die out.

Here is the main issue, and I've talked this over with quite a few vets in person.  We need someone (or a few people) with BOTH the time and the dedication to take this into their hands.  For many years, we were lucky enough to have Rex and later Bryan at the controls.  They took the site as far as they could given the amount of time involved.  Here we are, and life has taken time away from some of those people who would love to step back up, or step in and keep this site rolling forward.  I know from my standpoint, it takes all I can give to muster the time to keep the Bfest Committee rolling and get our annual BerettaFest put together, on top of jobs and schooling...  not to mention everyday life.  I would not be opposed to combining the two sites, however I feel that we must keep the beretta.net address- it is just too unique and too many people call it home to any info they need.  Just last week I talked to a kid I work with and go to school with that has a yellow indy- and even though he isn't as involved as we are, he still knew beretta.net and said he has come here for information and help before.  We cannot and should not let this resource for everyone fall because of a lack of committment from the few.  (this now concludes my inspirational soapbox speach for today- carry on   )

maybe we can talk to rex and bryan about this but if there not on then it wont happen. they both have not been on since the 14-15 of feb.
They need to get on so we can what they want to do and maybe who to hand it over to or whatever they want. I have alot of time. It dont seem like i do but i'm at least on here once a day for a hour or two.  I deff would help out as much i or they want me to.

As I have said in another post I would be up for helping out here as well because I usually am on these sites at least once a day.

Seeing as bstuff has been nothing but a nightmare lately I have no complaints on bringing everything over here. There are a TON of members over on bstuff but people just need to realize this site does exist.

I'm going to sound like a dick, but I don't think a merge is ever going to happen.

No one wants to give up their site. Bstuff has much more activity and thousands more members; it's going to be easy to sway that many people.

If it's going to happen, it's much easier to bring the people fron bnet to bstuff; there's just fewer of them.

I've been on bstuff for four years, and just finally joined here yesterday, even though I knew about this site first. Bstuff is more active.

Face it, this site is dead when bstuff is running.
