Auto-checked "Notify me of replies".

I think we should eliminate the auto-checking of the "Notify me when someone replies" option when replying to a thread. I personally dont like getting an Email every time someone replies to a thread Iposted in, and most all other forum boards I visit dont have that option auto-checked. It's just habbit for me to simply click "submit".

Anyone with me??

ARG!!! I just did it posting this thread!!!

And I also noticed, I think the "attach signature" should simply be a given. Either auto-check that or simply make it not even an option and always have sigs posted with replies.

Who's with me?

Go to your control panel then go to board preferences. After that go to edit posting defalts and make the change there.

Correct, these are all user global board settings... it's what you choose, it's not a default for the board.
