That is pretty sweet. Quite a bit of fab work, there.

It's hard to tell from the pics, but is the wastegate run off only 1 cylinder? You may run into issues with boost spike if that is the case. Just trying to help...

You know this is a twin scroll turbo for quick spool up and the waste gate pipe is a y so both pipes coming out of the header for the waste gate are split and a wall added between the two pipes all the way to the waste gate exit.

I wish I could go to Canada but I am not aloud to leave the country because of my criminal record from when I was a 18 year old. I got a couple felonies on my record so I am a prisoner here in in the usa for life !

Wow, very nice! It was a PITA for me to build the turbo headers on my '90 'Retta's 3.1 LG5/3400 LA1 hybrid, and I didn't even use stainless! That is some time put into that, I can appreciate the effort you spent on it. I can also appreciate the money you put into the parts making sure that monster stays in one piece! Mine is essentially stock components, I won't be running anywhere near the kind of boost you are talking about. My '97 J-Body Z-24 has a newer (higher compression) 2.4 Twin Cam, I ran a much smaller IHI turbo on the back of it, but since I don't have the large cowl hood like on your GTZ, I had to drop the turbo down underneath the exhaust-ports, rather than up top like yours, that turbo would not fit behind the engine in my car... Obviously, you have everything all planned out on your project. Nice work.

I am very interested on how you plan to tune this?

I love the attention to detail on the motor. Great job no doubt. And as asked earlier is that paint or powder coat?
