Thanks to the third pary sales listings

Post by Isotope »

Picked up this Indy out of Georgia and had it shipped to me in Michigan sight unseen. My fifth Beretta and currently a fleet of two. Not planning to do much to it other then fix the little maintenance type items and enjoy the drive. Thanks to those who take the time to post Third Party Sales!

Damn! Nice find for sure! As everyone will ask is it an auto or stick?

SPEEDY is correct on all accounts except it has the analog cluster.

$4995 A 5 spd with Cruise Control, Power Door Locks, Power Windows, Rear Defroster, Premium Sound System & Removable Sunroof.

After I sent the check and looked more at the photos I noticed the door decal did not have the large Indy and race date. I did not know there were two door decals available. For a while I thought it might not be a real Indy, but once I received the vehicle, the trunk options sticker confirmed it is the Indy option.

Nice! I searched for years until I found a Yellow Indy I could afford that was also close enough for me to get. I've also owned five Berettas, currently still have four, and will most likely get the fifth one back.

My Indy is no where near as clean as yours, and I wanted the sunroof option but didn't get it. *sigh.* I will convert mine to five-speed someday, I'll probably have to rebuild the tranny I just pulled out of my GTU for it. Mine does have the big "Indy" side-stickers, and yes, there were options for both the big and little, in case the big one was too pronounced for prospective owners. IIRC, I heard that both sets of decals were sent to the dealership, and they installed them there.

My Teal Indy had the large decals, but they were removed prior to me getting the car, I can still see the outline of them. I would like to replace them, but the car needs to be repainted first, and that won't happen until after I have the time to get it running again.

Congrats on a super-clean Y-Indy!
