An old friend, back again.

Post by spacecadetz26 »

A couple weeks ago I went back up north wisconsin and rescued my old Z from the wrath of the 17 yr old highschool driver. it has a few battle wounds but nothing too bad. I got goodies ready to go in it hopefully when this damn snow melts I can get some garage time in. it definetly claims its beater status now.

I snapped a couple pics with my phone.

and  the first mod is $40 worth a "Weba Approved" wiper blades, we had one hell off a storm when i was driving this thing back and it need new ones bad.

more pics to come soon.

I wish I had a lift in my garage.  I envy you for that.  The car looks great.

Updates: I let the cat out of the bag

3500 Z26 on the way

The engine is currently in the car, I am having a hard time finding a tap for the coolant temp sensor. Everything is bolted up but the exhaust. I have to use my stock 3100 exhaust until I can get something worked out with the headers.

Just an FYI. Steph is not a "bro", so to speak!

But she may well be one of the most knowledgable individuals on here about our cars.

That's not that ('04?) 3500 that they got at A1 a while back is it?  I just realized that you got a new job when i went down to the u-pull it last saturday.  Oh, if you need some header ideas, I have those ones i got from piaras, they still need new flanges welded on.
