Picked up this cute little door ding a while ago while the car was parked on the road. Apparently it was smacked pretty good, it almost hit the guard rail.

But now that's all repaired (still needs a buff after the paint cures). It's not perfect but it's not bad.

I also got smiley the front bumper fixed and the license plate holes filled in. It was done the right way with urethane and now there are metal brackets holding up the lip. The front grille was also done. Those of you at Bfest probably remember the front end looked sandblasted.

How come you didn't just replace the door skin?  It may have costed a little more, but no filling or glass would be needed.

The whole door was replaced. The quarter was cut out and new metal welded in with a little bit of plastic at the seam.

The weiner's a mini. 9lbs at 3 years old.

Look like they did a decent job except for 2 things: the front of the door doesnt seem to line up quite right and your front grille seems to almost be sitting there and not bolted in place as its way far forward at the bottom.

Looks like they did a good job with the quarter, hopefully it blends out well.

When did you remove your side trim?  Was it on purpose or are they going back on after the buff?

Awesome dog!  We have a miniature red that's 9 pounds, too.  He's "full of the dickens" as my dad would say.  He's five years old.  Some people got to meet him at Bfest in Milwaukee but he was a little edgy around all the strangers.

Nice job on the car, too!

They're small weiners so they have to act tough.

And yeah I noticed the grille and the fender/door alignment too. I don't know exactly how to align the fender and door, but I'll fix the grille.

The door trim was already off. It looks quite a bit cleaner that way.

The shop that fixed my yellow Indy screwed up the door alignment and the top never sealed properly after that, rain was always dripping in.  I don't think any shop ever really fixes Beretta doors correctly.

Am i seeing things, or was the rear 1/4 panel taped off and I can see an outline of where they stopped painting? I looks like they only painted part of the rear 1/4 panel.

On my yellow car I had black drips marks coming from out of my window trim....    hmmm.  There's a horizontal line also.
