Is it originally an NC car? From what I can see of the rear end, it looks like it is... which is GREAT because I bet it's rust free.

Welcome!

Yeah, I noticed that. Surface rust affected the following areas of mine:
1) Hood.
2)Various areas of rooftop.
3) "C" pillar right above right rear window.

But you're right. I guess that's just the joys of owning a Beretta, right?
haha yeah, it is. i wish mine was all white, dont see too many of those.

True, she's getting a repaint in January. I want all the pinstriping gone, and the green/purple Z26 stickers are to be replaced with red/grey ones, and also want to find the "four-eyed" headlights (can't stand the Euro style lights, lmao), find some Alpine White GTZ wheels, replace the hood with a cowl hood, and find a better condition carpet, floormats, and driver seat so I can redo the interior in red leather/white stitching with white suede inserts and white stitched "Z26" logos on the headrests.

BTW, here are more shots, had to replace the fuel filter after running out of gas last night and now have to replace the thermostat tomorrow:

I know I haven't been posting lately, but I finally did the thermostat myself and got the oil change, as well as the tuneup (new spark plugs, wires, and ignition coils). She's running fine now, and has acquired the nickname "Snow White". I do need motor mounts though for the engine. But as utterly silly as this sounds, I'm thinking of just doing a little "project". I'm thinking of putting a H.O Quad 4 LH0 in her-now dig this picture- WITH AN AUTOMATIC transmission. Yes, that's right, I said an LH0 with an AUTOMATIC. Don't even bother telling me to convert it to a straight drive, because then it wouldn't be unique and/or awkward. She's definitely getting a paintjob come January, and an interior (I wanted to do the interior in red leather with white stitching and piping, but I decided to go with the standard Charcoal colour, just leather instead of cloth, as soon as I find a drivers' seat.)

Update: After careful consideration, I have decided to try to find a Quad GTZ/Z26. I will be getting rid of her, it hurts, but I'm not happy with the 3100. I'd prefer a Quad but everyone keeps knocking me for wanting it with the 4T60. So if anyone wants her, let me know.

I guess your missing the point people are making. They aren't knocking you for wanting the quad with a 4t60e they are just pointing out that it hasn't been done before so there would be a lot of custom work and configuration to even make it feasible... Nevermind successful.

The 4t60 would need to be able to take the higher rpm's to support the lively Q4's upper powerband. Could the trans take it? Short-term, yes. I wouldn't count on it for reliability performance.

That's the whole point: never been done before. And that's what makes it even more unique. If my 4T60 can handle my heavy ass foot and fast driving with this 3100, I know it can handle the LG0
