New Arrival
Well, the title says it all I think. Last week Amanda and I picked up another Beretta and possibly saved it from another dull boring owner. The car is for Amanda, who ironically I never thought would ever get anything but Grand Am's... So this one puts me up to 3 personally, and 4 (my brother's Z26) in my family (5 if you count my dad's Corsica ).
She is a very mint (Dave Holst quality) 1995 Raspberry Z26. The car is from the original owner, who took immaculate care of it over its 10 years. It only has 96k miles on it, and two (I counted) minor scratches in the exterior. I couldn't even find a rock chip!
The outside isn't even the best part... Looking into the car for the first time I was amazed to find an interior that is only a close second to Mr. Holsts, IMHO. No crushing of wings, perfect dash and door panels, clean as showroom carpet, and original floor mats. Only thing that you can knock against it is the center console cover has the slight peeling outward issue around the outer edges. I bet I could still get that from GM You couldn't beat this car with a stick for $3000
I just thought I'd share our new arrival in our family with you guys. If you guys know anything about how much my wife drives (see: barely ever) you would know that we probably saved this car from a death of high mileage... her current '91 GA has only had 15k put on it in three years The only problem is deciding which car to bring to Bfest!!

95 Raspberry Z26?  I seen one for sale for $1,998 two months ago.  Hmmm... now how did that end up in WI?
lol!
Wanted to get red 96 Z26 for $700 three months ago. Had some sort of problem with one of the heads.  Car keep shutting down on it's own after a few minutes.
Never had the money to get it. Over this weekend I went back to see if it was still there... gone.
Oh well.
I've seen at least 2 dozen 'rettas for sale over the summer in a 100 mile radius.  There was 1 GT, 1 GTU, I think an Indy ( didnt get a close look at it, only from the front, but it was Teal ), and of course the Z26's.
