Sweet. Your new base looks to be absolutely mint!

First the AC removal pics:

First we take the bumber off, then the AC radiator...

And after couple hours of work, the rest off the AC stuff is off.. no, the cat wasn't on the car.
All this stuff in the pic only weights 13Kg.. so i dont think AC del is going to be noticeable weight reduction for anyone.

Ah, so much empy space. Before i put the radiator and front parts back, i'l do the custom CAI, Big3, and battery relocation to trunk.. and few other mods i'l show you later.

Ultimate tool for AC tube removal, makes the job 1000 times faster

stuff to my project car, heavy wires for big3 and battery relocation to trunk, bendable 60mm aluminium pipe and silicon clamps for my new CAI.
And some misc electrical parts to help.
The 60mm pipe itself was very cheap (only 28€), it's kinda small but should do just right because the T/B aint any bigger than that!

These 13" babys will definetly keep the radiator and engine cool, 2700CFM of pure air flow    i will put a switch to console where i can operate these buddies.
I'l leave the stock fan computer operated.. so i have total of 3 fans on my car.

And then some night pics of the base

Comments?

Those Brembo calipers you have, are they bolt on OEM upgrades, or was there modification needed?

Only small modification needed, but caliber adapters are needed to mount them, i had mine made in local mashinery.

Dang, and I thought owning 2 Berettas was enough.   Here you are with 3. Which one are those rims with the polished lip going on? Those are hot looking.

Not bad. I take it then the rotors are just Brembo cross drilled, stock size. Can we see a pic of the adapters?

EDIT: Oh, and by the by, what model number/type is the caliper/rotor you are using?

EDITx2: I just noticed the project pics. Forget about the stock rotor size and caliper pics...But what size rims are those, all I can tell from the pics is that they are 215/40s...

The calibers are Brembo 4 piston ones, from VAG cars (VW, Audi, Seat, etc..)

The rotors are drilled Brembos, size 12.82" x 30mm from Subaru WRX STI 2003 (they have the 5x100 pattern stock)

Rims are 17 x 7" that i remember, offset required is 44mm.

Tires are Cooper Cobra ZHT, 215/45R17 rated for 270km/h!

And these brakes barely fit inside the rims, i would suggest using atleast 18" rims with this setup ÂÂÂ

For rear i'm building the C4 brakes, later when i have time and money again

Wow, you have a real nice setup. They say the best compliment is immitation. I don't have nearly the kind of money right now for my car for stuff I'd like to do, so I'll just wish I had your setup.
