Duly noted... no more rides in Pink car for Adam... and definitely not the Indy once that has a turbo on it.

Pretty sweet. I just watched a bunch of stuff on your YouTube the other day looking for your chain stretch video.
I want to get some footage of GoPro/TrackAddict action.

Re: 1996 Mr.Pink
Those videos were uploaded to Photobucket... And of course that crap hole of a place doesn't allow sharing anymore and nevermind just that, videos simply wont play anymore even when I'm logged in... I can't even download them from the site anymore. Photobucket will probably be shut down soon at this rate.

Try Firefox with a flash video downloader plugin, it doesnt have to play all the way through or buffer that good, it just needs to start, if you can get it to show up in the downloader plugin there is a 99% chance you can download your video.
They may also have a photobucket plugin, I havent looked as I do not use photobucket.
Firefox also has a media viewer thing that can be used to download a photo in full resolution that the webpage restricts the "save as" on.

Re: 1996 Mr.Pink
Doesn't help much when you click on your own video in your library and all it loads is page with a blank viewer and it never starts to play... This is a major issue with photobucket right now.

Re: 1996 Mr.Pink
Was actually able to download them...
Aftermarket replacement 99 style chain after about a year in my 96 with the Hybrid engine and 986 springs.
and the new GM factory chain and sprockets that went in... this is factory slop.
That one also stretched over time but not as bad IIRC. I pulled that before putting in the DRTC that failed due to oiling issues... and I've had the repaired DRTC in there now for 3 years with no issues at all... I'm glad I got them when I could.

Re: 1996 Mr.Pink
I also updated the forum to accept videos now... They were blocked from when this was setup and I didn't know that.

Holy crap! I remember it was bad. But wow. Mine still looks live the new stock one. Be curious how it will hold up with the 986 springs and cam.

I can't remember but I think it wasn't THAT bad when I removed it to do the DRTC, but I'll have to look and see if there is a video when I did that before going to Colorado.

Re: 1996 Mr.Pink
So I actually touched the car this weekend... lol... Been spending a lot of time on the Indy suspension and brakes and Amy's Bronco II engine build. I made up some spacers to go behind the rear bearing so it would eliminate the washers I used years ago on the studs to space the rotor out to clear the backing plates... Fixing those old mods that should have been done right the first time.... And while I was in there I tried out this tool...
But that didn't last too long... Cheap Chinese crap came assembled with USED Bearings in the roller unit... didn't even match either...
One had a the seal popped off to "grease it" I'm assuming... SO much play in these thing's its not even funny.
SO I ordered up some new bearings today... Hope to finish that job later this week.
