Gotta make sure they can take a beating before you install them. haha

Pauly is that the TB Eric had?
yup, it seems to have an issue with 'iat'? did i get that right? or the butterfly is just open at idle.

IAT is idle air temperature. You mean IAC. Idle air control. Your TB is either letting in too much air, or your IAC is dirty, stuck open or completly bad.

Yup. When you datalog it, your IAC counts should be in the 30 range or so. If the counts are too low, that means the butterfly is open too far and the IAC can't close enough to bring the idle down.

long over due update:
@ Bfest NE, little Jon adjusted my TB, it was a set screw that was causing the TB from closing all the way. Engine (idle) runs a lot better.

did another Dyno, 176.7 HP @ 6700rpm, 142.7 torque

This week coming up i will receive yet another custom chip from Jeff council. Dyno to come...

It'd be nice to see W41 CHP numbers at the wheels on your next dyno! If you come to Bfest next year, can I get a ride? :D

Which year W41 though? he's only 9hp off of 93... 14hp from the 91-92 numbers...

It's a fun car, I took it for a drive with Paul after we fixed the TB set screw.

It's kinda funny, everyone wants W41 stuff and its really only worth 10hp. I honestly thought it was more than that.

Haha, 91-92 W41 obviously! More power!!! UGH UGH UGH! 93 W41's lost 5hp due to having a lower flowing cylinder head. His car has the better flowing one! ;) I know W41 cams/chip only add 10hp, but when combined with a header, and full exhaust it really wakes the car up! Plus a bit of a lopy idle just sounds cool! lol

Are those WHP number or CHP numbers? I would assume WHP but just wondering?

Small correction to a previous statement. W41 CAMS only make 10hp extra. As stated when combined with better springs, a header, an 086 head (vs a 753 head the W41 SCX's came with) and maybe a light port'n'polish,a tune, etc. it can add up to 40hp+ if you know what you're doing. And that's just TOP END work...
