We had one guy in Estonia, who did custom polyurethane bushings, but now he has moved somewhere else.
Measured the rear axle and will send energy e-mail that do they have any universal ones on that size.

I think I found a poly bushings for rear axle. These are universal bushes from Energy and in first it looks like it suits with the dimensions of rear axle tubing.

http://www.energysuspensionparts.com/pr ... rod=9.9488#

Dimensions can be found here

http://www.energysuspensionparts.com/En ... shings.asp

I measured the rear axle tubing for inner diameter - 1.73" and for length 2.55". Looks like we have a winner. Only I have not measured the bolt diameter. Will do this in evening.

If you take a look at the stock bushings, you can see they only have flange on other side, making that fit inside the mount in the frame may need some lathe time.

Also, I measured the bolt yesterday. Stock is 12mm, but these bushes need 16mm.

Just order a replacement one from rockauto, and take it to your machinist to multiply.
