92 GTZ 3.1/auto, no real mods other then a strut bar, I fight hard enough to get it road worthy!

For now shes spoiler-less. I have my old deck lid from my GTZ which is drilled for a GTU wing, just need to get one here.

Spoilerless is beautiful! I loved mine without one, but when I'd use the trunk release the trunk would open so fast that I even cracked an upper filler from it.

Just tape a weight of some sort on the inside of the trunk lid?

You forget to readjust the tension leafs? There are adjustment settings in place just for that purpose.

Re: Post a pic of your Beretta
Spoiler-less trunk lids yes even on the lightest spring load will pop open on their own and not stay down if a release is used... It's one of the reasons why I have yet to install my trunk release on my 96. I wonder if a base EVER came with a trunk release stock... I wonder if it was a GT or Z or spoiler type car combo only.90GTZHO wrote:Mine was a spoiler-less car stock and when i use the added popper it still flies lol

There were a few CL editions {87-88} in the yard from past parts scouring that had the option installed. However, those also had the luggage rack.

Re: Post a pic of your Beretta
Yeah i have yet to see a base Beretta with a clean decklid factory have a trunk popper. Everytime ive seen them theres something on the lid (luggage rack/spoiler). Corsicas on the other hand, i see with trunk poppers all the time, and we all know they never came stock with spoilers, save for the coveted XT models.
