Ceramic vs semi metallic, does ceramic get hotter?

I appreciate everyones input! :)

So far I havent noticed squeaking. Stopping power has still been rock solid. No brake fade at all either for freeway ramp stopping and slow downs.
I'm still waiting to see how they behave on a 90'F+ day. Still cold where I am.

I've always been using the best semi metallic pads before this on all my cars. And I always notice wrinkles on the surface of the disks after semi metallic pads (the lines in the direction of travel). Im wondering if these will wear more uniform and keep the disk flat like it was before.

I havent heard about ceramics wearing down the disks. I'll post if I notice that. Maybe cheap disks will wear down? I know cheap disks pit and crumble after 1 set of semi metallic pads so I always buy the best disks I can find.
