Out of curiosity how can they pull Our image of a Beretta but not this one? http://www.cafepress.com/+wigm_multi_ca ... ,442671434
Someone that has a beef against the site had to make a copyright claim and Cafepress trying to avoid a lawsuit pulled our Calendar.

That has been my thought pretty much all along. So it may be a matter of time before the same crap happens at lulu. And I can't place my order till after I get back. lol
After all, the site doesn't really bother with policing itself, but if it encounters items that have been previously reported, etc by members, then those things it can flag. I really think someone spilled the beans before, so that it can't be done there now. And yet similar instances are allowed, because no one has "flagged" them. Maybe we should. HA
Kidding though, that makes us no better than the ones that may or may not have done that in the first place. After all we are only surmising, no proof.

Lol @ my car club's logo being posted. If it gets flagged I'll know that Chris did it, =P.
Yeah I was curious how the calendar was taken down so quickly before as well. Like that Mustang group. I dunno lets just buy now and hope for the best!

IIRC there was a Chevy logo present on the Calendar last year, There is not a Chevy logo on this years, or that WI GM Tuners link.
Scratch that... Woody posted on the other page with the letter that he got from CafePress.
Somewhat of a stupid response from them since they are letting the WI GM pass.

Cafepress must have some bullshit rules or they just don't like Beretta's. as far as i know there has never been a problem with the Grand Am owners club calendar and that has Pontiac logo's all over the front of it

They won't just pull an item unless there is a claim filed against it. We seem to have enemies.

Yeah anyone who thinks Bstuff was better than Bnet. I have lots of people who dislike me because of that crappy attitude toward the forum.Rodville wrote:They won't just pull an item unless there is a claim filed against it. We seem to have enemies.

Re: 2012 Beretta Calendar Winners! ORDER HERE!
The Beretta Bash tshirt got flagged due to the bowtie on it and then I must have been put on the "no-fly" list and they watched all my stuff like a hawk. I won't make that mistake again...haha
