ADDED! Just received a smokin' room rate of $59.49 plus taxes for Double Queen Bed rooms if we book 10 rooms.

Just waiting on a couple of more quotes and word from the track.

It will be in a Mustang towing a small custom made teardrop style camper... her dad built the camper by hand on a HD trailer frame, its pretty sweet. And its more of her being able to come, I'd hate to leave her at home since she is already possibly missing one day of the national fest thanks to the 40 days and 40 nights of rain we got here a month or so ago.

Tiffwad is talking about staying home too. Her sister will be home from Colorado and she thinks that's a higher priority than Berettas... haha

The mystery surrounding Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, is the disappearance of its founder Ludwig Derr.

Sounds scary. Maybe someone will dissappear. Is NGT showing up?

ROFL Mark!!

But here is the deal.

If we book 15 rooms there is a "Comp" component that kicks in.

If we get 15 rooms booked, SOMEONE is going to get a FREE ROOM in a random draw, and your room will be FREE when you check out! (I'm NOT allowed to win!)

Includes all incidentals and room charges! Even the porn you ordered....LOL! FREE!!!

More to come folks!

I have a contract with one hotel, that is waiting for my signature.

But I am still waiting on two more offers. Same scenario no matter which one.

This is going to be the MOST Participant Friendly Beretta Meet EVER!

NO REGISTRATION FEE! You get a T-Shirt! No need to Pre-Register other than book your room.

This is going to be a fun time for the Beretta folks and their guests. However we will get some local public exposure. (How the hell can you muster more than 5 Berettas and not draw at least some lame attention?) A call to the local newspaper and radio station(s) might not hurt, huh?

Lots of prizes, lots of fun, and a real no pressure good time. (Well except at the track)

So is the contract with the hotel the one that was $55?

Thats an appealing price. Especially if we can do 4 a room haha.

Max persons per room...5

You can have your Harem there Mark!

Lots more to come but this is getting quite interesting.

It is also perhaps messing with B'Fest Registration, and that is a bad thing.

I'll have it all arranged and then gauge interest as of May 31st.

Now everyone make plans for Chicago first!!

My home is only a 2-3 hour tow from here if anyone breaks something big or needs to do a quick engine/trans/clutch swap in my driveway.

Beaver Springs is a decent track. I've been there a bunch of times.

This is actually pretty much a done deal, but I don't want to mess with B'Fest Registration, so I'm going to sit on all the details until June.

It's gonna be a good one though! :Yahoo!:
