NE BerettaBash 2010 Registration?? UPDATED August 30th !
Ya I know I said there would be no Registration but it appears it's gaining some support, so I'm going to need some numbers to make sure every Member who is planning on showing up gets an Event T-Shirt.
So here is the deal.
If you are a Member of B'Net, B'Stuff or the Yahoo group, and are 90% sure that you will be attending, start a list.
If you don't show up, we'll sell your shirt for cost to someone else.
If you want more than the one you get for showing up, they will be available, if available, at cost! Or you can order them in advance.
There is also the room matter. Evidently some of the rooms are already booked. I only blocked 10, but I may need more if you folks are serious about this.
Here is the info.
Econo Lodge
Shamokin Dam
Shelinsgrove PA
17876
570-743-1111
$59.49 per night plus taxes. All are Double Queen rooms. 5 person limit! LOL!
Rooms are blocked under ASYLUM MOTORSPORTS. Conf # 3859-3947
So to register it's EASY!
asylummotorsports@yahoo.ca
Name, Number of people, and a return e-mail.
I will post the list on here as it develops.
Complete Tentative Itinerary will be posted here July 15th.
If someone wants to Re-Post this on B'Stuff and the Yahoo group. That is fine.

Re: NE BerettaBash 2010 Registration??
Eric and I have been talking about how to produce the shirts.
I suggested cafepress.com. That way we can all buy the size & quantity we want straight from the site and no one has to be responsible for handling the money, ordering, etc. They might be a couple bucks more expensive than getting one batch made up in bulk, but there would be no leftovers, no wrong sizes, etc. and I can offer a few different car colors: gray, blue, red, white, teal, PINK!

Re: NE BerettaBash 2010 Registration??
I love the design, but here is the deal.
Every B'Net, B'Stuff or Yahoo Group MEMBER who "registers" in advance gets a FREE T-Shirt.
Probably white or gray.
After that if you want to do the Cafe press thing for various colors that is fine with me.
Let's see what the reaction is in the next few days.
Great job Woody!

Oh, you never said anything about being free. That's cool too... A local supplier would likely be best for that then.

I missed Bfest Chicago since I bought a house and was moving that same week.
I can't miss both events this year. Now to get the motor issues sorted out. And Eric you should have my email already.

How about we do pink t-shirts?
Not Jon Pink. REAL PINK
In that light does anyone have a T-Shirt contact? It seem ridiculous to have them made in Canada and carry them all the way to Pennsylvania.
Let me know any ideas you may have.

You will not put my design on pink. Period. Aint happenin'
An ash gray or something would be nice, but white will be the cheapest.
