Bfest 2019 Proposal Duluth, MN

Duluth is a port city on Lake Superior in Minnesota. The waterfront Lakewalk trail passes along Canal Park, with views of the 1905 Aerial Lift Bridge. The landmark connects the city to the Park Point sandbar. The Great Lakes Aquarium includes salt- and freshwater animals. Housed in a former train depot, Lake Superior Railroad Museum features vintage locomotives. Glensheen is a 1908 mansion on a vast lakeside estate.

Enjoy a change of pace with a relaxing drive on one of our many nearby Scenic Byways. Whether you are traveling to a particular destination or just meandering, State and National Scenic Byways are a great way to enjoy the beauty of the road less traveled. Scenic Highway 61 has been named an All-American Road. Cruise to the scenic railroad tour for dinner on the train while taking in all of the north shores beautiful scenery

Friday 8am till noon scenic by cruise with photo ops
Lunch at the falls !!! Potluck style hosted lunch and car show
4pm till 7pm brewery tours or the water park
8pm walk with the lights light show on lake supirior

Sat 7
8 am depart to drag strip and indoor water park 11am group pic on the track at BIR noon till 2pm dyno runs or road courses at brainerd raceway 4pm till close drag till u drop street style drag racing at BIR (brainerd international raceway)

Sunday
Sponsored awards breakfast and trophys 6am -7am
Then goodbyes

Saturday sounds awesome but it's very vague. Have you made arrangements with the track? The road course proposed for this year did not work out due to scheduling.

Ive contacted the track already and we are having a phone confrence next week they dont see a issue with it there going to go over costs etc. With me they need to get a approximate total of cars etc. So they can let me know for emergency workers etc .

Having the picnic on Friday is not in accordance with current guidelines. :no:

The adjustment he made to accommodate a local event is perfectly fine. It's not REQUIRED to have the picnic on Saturday.

Just be aware Robert, Noon to 4 is a very tight time frame for Picnic, show and voting to take place. We might have to massage that time frame.
