So far the only websites that I have seen that port and polish TB, upper & lower intake manifolds has been SSP and Street Arsenal.

Who else is out there that does this kinda work?

What kind of horsepower gains could be expected with the 62 mm throttle body? The 56 mm throttle body is guestimated at a 5 hp gain.

I understand it needs the ported manifolds to let it breathe that much. I was just wanting to know if the extra machineing, and money, is worth it.

With the 62mm TB you wont see a huge increase over the 56mm throttle body but you WILL see a dramatic increase over the stock 52mm throttle body.  The thing is, the 62mm TB will open the door for any future mods you might want to do (forced induction, whatever).  You should never have to upgrade the TB again no matter what.  And its roughly the same price as the 56mm TB.  So you might as well go as big as you can.

I am never going to go with forced induction, thats for #### sure. The 62 mm that FDP has was around $230, while mcgavin's or street arsenal's is $100.

Oh right you have the 3100.  Yeah the 56mm is probably all you need then.
