I finally found a place that has a cat for my 96, here is the email I got back from the company.

your beretta has only one sensor on the converter,there is one infront of the
cat but not attached to it.The correct highflow converter for your application

i never heard of anyone havin probs getting a high flow for a 3100 before....what company was this you were talking to?

Just put a high flow unit in and then have the second O2 sensor put into the pipe after it.

Wait, so are you saying that i wouldn't be able to go out and buy a "brand X" high flow cat?  I have to get a special kind of cat since i have a 3100?

You can use any cat, but you need to have an oxygen sensor holder welded into the pipe after the cat.

You just have one in the exhaust manifold near the engine.
The 2nd one is only on OBDII cars. I'm not sure when they started it, but it was sometime in 95.

Mid 95 is when OBDII was introduced. Before that, there was just 1 O2 sensor, in the manifold. I only have one O2 sensor... I also had no problem with getting a hi-flow cat, since I only have the one sensor.

Do what Rex said, there are places (Jegs, Summit) that sells O2 sensor weld in fittings...
