Few different probs

Ok. I just bought a '94 Z26 about a month ago, which is my second Beretta. Ever since I got it the check engine light & the ABS light just come on whenever they feel like it. Is this something to be really worried about? Also, one of my battery terminals keeps corroding. It actually looks fried right now and my car won't start. It corrodes, and I clean it, then it corrodes again and I clean it again. This time it looks like the corrosion is actually burned on though. Any suggestions as to how to stop this or what the problem could be? I'm gonna get a new battery tonight, but if that doesn't solve the prob, then I don't know what to do.

I think it's been said on here before by several of the other guys, that this has happened to them the same way, and found it was the alternator dying. Just because you replaced the alt, doesn't mean it's good, I swapped out 2 at A/Z , thank god for lifetime warranty
